Signing Document for On-Line Banking

ET stated that Colin Wyatt, the Accountant has stated to her that he has spoken to the Auditors and they are happy with the way he has done the accounts.

GJ asked how often the Fixed Assets in the Parlour were valued and JS said about every 3 years.  MC said that a Valuer from Goldings came to value the assets last January 2017.

It was voted unanimously to send the accounts to audit.

The online banking document was authorised by AS (previously to this meeting), LC, JS, GJ and MC.
